Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My name is Danielle Murphy. And I was hoping u could really help me. I need to know how to get my daughter (Kassandra Page) back from my exboyfriend (Kevin Page). I do not think he is her real father but when she was born he put himself on the birth certificate, made her last Page, and did not get a paternaty done like I had asked. I do not have the money to get one now and I do not know where he at for sure. But I feel that if he is the father then I should atleast get to see her or know something about how she is doing and he will not let me know how to contact her. And if he is not the father then I dont think she should be with him. I just have to know if there is anyway at all of geting her back. It hurts being a mother and not geting to take care of your first baby girl. She was six months old when he took her, when he did it all he told me was that he was going to get milk from the store, he left with her in no carseat, no cloths, and no dipars. He has only leted me see her twice since and that was her first birthday and the christmas after. If there is any way of helping me, I would greatly thank you in every way possible. You can file an application for a writ of habeas corpus and get her back almost immediately. You WILL need to have a good address for Dad.
