My daughter is 12 yrs old and she does not want to go visit her dad anymore. Does she have to, what should I do?

1. Read your current court order.

2. If she does not visit, you could be held in contempt of court.

3. What is contempt of court? You could be fined and/or go to jail!

4. I think you need to talk to an attorney.

5. If there is a valid reason she does not want to visit with her dad, you need to file a court order to modify your current court document.
