Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter's boyfriend will not leave the home. She doesn't want him there, he is not on the lease, he doesn't pay rent or work but he wont leave. What can she do?

Notify the apartment complex that he is continuing to come to the apartment and is not on the lease and see if they will take action. Otherwise, she will have to file to have him evicted if she has allowed him to live there. Once evicted, she can trespass warn him.
