death without a will

What are the correct procedures to take when a death happens without a will? Not married and no children he did own a home and two vehicals and several credit cards.

Much of that depends on the type of assets and liabilities and how much of each of those he had. You'll probably have to do an heirship regardless of what happens. He has real property so it's likely you'll need some type of administration. Maybe an independent administration, maybe a dependent one (if there is a lot of debt). Of course, maybe none of that is necessary. Without a lot of details it's hard to answer. You likely have a couple of options though. Let me know if you need some help.
