Divoce agreement
If my spouse agrees not to take anything out of my property(401K annuity money), is it possible that I can get a divorce with this term enfoced.

Yes.
Be sure to include that you receive 100% of this asset. Be specific in describing it.
If you don't have an attorney, I highly recommend one!
It's cheaper than doing it wrong!
