Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My divorce decree says: "A portion of (my name) retirement benefits with United States Navy, as of the date that the Final Decree of Divorce is signed by the Court, that portion bein .36%, whether matured or unmatured, accrued or unaccrued, vested or otherwise, together with all increases thereof, the proceeds therefrom, and any other rights related to (my name) U.S. military retirement as more particularly specified in the domestic relations order signed coincident with this decree and incorporated verbatim in it by reference." What does that mean?

It means your lawyer is too wordy. It also means your ex-spouse is going to be entitled to a portion of your Navy retirement benefits.
