divorce, engagement and wedding rings
My husband and I ceased to live under the same roof as husband and wife nearly two years ago. We are just now getting to divorce precedings after months of attempts to reconcile. He wants the engagement and wedding ring back. I told him I was selling it for attorney's fees and bills. Is he entitled to it back? It was my understanding it was a gift and mine to do as I please. Please help.
