Divorce filing in what county
I have been married for 14 years; we lived in Tarrant County for all of the marraige until we moved to Nueces County 8 months ago, can I file for divorce in Tarrant Co.?

If you, your spouse or your children are not residents of Tarrant County, then you cannot file in Tarrant County. TCL
