Divorce Filing

I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy last year and it has not been confirmed yet. I want to file for divorce. Do I have to wait until the bankruptcy is confirmed before I can file for a divorce?

You can do a divorce if the bankruptcy court will issue an order lifting the stay. Your bankruptcy attorney should be able to help you with this form.
