My husband and I are getting a divorce. We have not filed as of yet. He said he is going to have the locks changed and take me off the lease, I am only listed as an occupant. Can he legally lock me out of my home?

He could possibly seek a TRO preventing you from entering the home, but he would have to show a likelihood of violence. He might be able to assert this to obtain the TRO, but you would be able to contest this at a hearing within 14 days. Of course, the 14 days might be a problem for you.
