I will sell you a sample prove up statement that needs to be read to the Judge for $25.
If you want it free, look online, go to the law library or just "wing" it.
If you bought a kit on-line, odds are it won't work since most of the kits I've seen are done by attorneys NOT from Texas. If the work "matrimonial" is used, it ain't a TX divorce kit! If there are "exhibits" it ain't a TX divorce kit!
