Divorce While Pregnant

Can a man divorce a woman in the State of Texas while she is pregnant? He has been in State Jail for almost a year and he is not the father of this baby.

He can certainly file if he isn't the father of child. A paternity test will need to be done to confirm this, and the process can go forward as the court determines the paternity of the child and enters orders appropriately.
