Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Divorce representation

While relocating to TN from TX my wife filed for divorce. Upon return to TX I found that she had Conflicted me out of representation in the small town (Texarkana) that we lived. I found a new attorney that would represent me, but will not return my calls or emails concerning the case. This has gone on for almost 1 year and would like to get it over with. Living out of state and being conflicted out of rep. What recourse or options do I have?

Re: Divorce representation

Make a complaint to the State Bar Grivance Committee and request your money back. Find an attorney who will represent you and call you back. There has to be more than one in Texarkana.
