I need to get a divorce, but I don't know where my wife is or where she lives. I became disabled in 2008 and we separated. We haven't spoken since. I live in Texas. I own a condo that I purchased 7 years before we were married. We have no community property. What do I need to do?

You need to file for divorce, and get her served by publication. The court will appoint an attorney ad litem for her; this will cost you an additional $400.00 or so.
