i want to leave my husband but i wanna move to another state but how would i go about it cause somebody told me he could get me on kidnapping PLEASE SOMEONE HELP I AM IN DIER NEED OF ASSISTANT

You need to get a lawyer, today. If there are no court orders, then as the parent you have the right to move with your kids. HOWEVER, he could well file here, and force you back with the kids -- it could get expensive. If your reason for leaving to another state is compelling, or if you have a lawyer there that has made pre-arrangements for you with the courts, then it might not be such a problem.
