Divorced or Not
My ex-husband and I never had a chance to sign the divorce decree. So my question is, am I legally divorced? The Judge and each of the attorneys signed the decree in June of 1997 and it is listed in the court archives.

If the Judge signed the Final Decree of Divorce and you have a certified copy of the document, congratulations -- you are divorced as of the date of the Judge's signature.
The Judge's signature is the ONLY one that matters.
