dual power of attorney
my brother and i both have power of attorney (singularly and/or jointly) on my mother, she is in rehab i want to bring her home he wants to keep her there, what should i do, advocate says keep her there doctor says let her go home

you need to have someone, another attorney, read the power of attorney. you mentioned an advocate, is this your attorney?
