Wish to end my Managing Conservatorship of a Child
Both biological parents have been terminated. Have raised the child for 8 years as Managing Conservator. Child, at 14, is not willing to live by house curfew rules. Currently a resident at LeTot after 6 months at Salesmanship Camp. Bipolar and will not take meds consistently. Child needs full time residential care. How do we end our MC and get the child into a residential facility?

You will need a Motion to Modify your MC to terminate. See if you can obtain a Social Study from his present facility re: condition and best interests to be in residential treatment facility.
