My ex-wife and I were recently divorced in October 2012 however prior to the divorce we had a court order child support. My question is if we still have to go by the court order for child support or do we go by the decree. A big reason why I ask is because she wants to go by the court order not the decree.

Normally, the court orders for temporary support while the divorce case is pending are superseded by the final divorce decree.
