Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Fighting for custody

Dear Sirs, I have been involved in a realationship for 4 years. The realationship involved her 3 year old son herself and me.In the 4 year period we had a daughter who is 1 1/2. She took the two children to Austin Tx about 2 months ago. She is now seeking custody for our daughter. She has stated to me she will not allow me to see our daughter until she had custody. I do not think this is fair. Also she said I could not see our daughter without taking her son for the whole summer. I need to know what my rights are and how i would go about seeking custody of my daughter on my behalf.
