Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can I file for divorce from my wife as she has filed for separation from me in January 2014 from Australia however I am now living back in Texas since January 10, 2014

You have to live in Texas for 6 months before Texas has jurisdiction over you. Be advised that Texas cannot divide any property if she has never been to Texas. You can file for divorce but the court has no jurisdiction over her if she's never set foot in Texas.
