Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Yes I have just filed for custody of my daughter and didn't ask for a protective order...I sent my child to school and her mother went and got her out and now is filling a protective order against me were I may not see my daughter what do I do she's doing this because she found out I filled for custody

Sorry to hear of your problems. It sounds as if you are attempting to handle the custody pro se. (representing yourself). Texas family law - including child custody - can become complicated very quickly, as yours already has. You are already beyond the point where you need representation. My advise to you is find a local attorney who has experience in child custody and hire them. They will file the proper motions and make the appropriate arguments on your behalf.
