Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

filing for a divorce

I have been separated from my wife for 10 years. Absolutely no contact. No Kids are inviolved. we both live in different stated.

Is there some statute of limitations on how long someone stays married even if they do not ever have contact?

No. (assuming this was not a common-law marriage). You are married until the marriage is terminated by death or divorce.
