Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How can I find out if my ex's drivers license is still suspended? He continues to pick up our 2 year son and will not tell me if he has a valid license. He has been arrested three times before for driving with a suspended license. Thank you.

Go to your local courthouse and pull his criminal record. It's a public record. You have to pay a small amount of money for it. It should show if his driving license is suspended. I don't practice criminal law but I used to pull criminal records for divorce cases.

Yu might have to go county to county if he likes to commit driving offenses in lots of counties.

You might call a criminal attorney and ask how to find this information out.
