Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hi can i force my inlaws to move out if i own a house with my husband? They just came to visit us.

I assume that your husband does not them to move out so you have a problem.

1. Talk to them with your husband.

2. You can "evict" them - go to small claims court and file an eviction. Your husband would have to agree to this. It costs money.

You can call the police, sheriff or constable but I don't know what they would do. It appears that they are guests that have overstayed they welcome. But if your husband wants them to stay, I don't know what you will do.

You might try mediation.

It appears that you live in the Houston area.

This is generally not a family law issue - family law is generally divorce matters.

The Dispute Resolution Center of Houston might be able to help you - it's a free service. I don't know if they handle matters like yours.
