I found out that my signature on custody agreement was forged, what can I do?

I recently found put that my signature was forged by my sons new stepmom on supposed custody agreement documents. I never agreed to anything nor did I sign anything. Also, I have never even been presented with any such docunts for my own records. Can anyone point me in the right direction? What rights do I have??

If the stepmom falsified court records by forgery, she could be in big trouble. Bring this to the attention of the court. I don't know what these documents did to you, but you would not be bound by any of the provisions. If this issue is important to you, see a lawyer in your area.
