I have a question about a ex. girlfreind,We have a child together his name is who is five years old but has a birthday coming on Feb.10, Anyway I pay her child support every week of 43.51 she does not go by the court order for visitation.also she does not make the school go by his last name which is--name removed--and not which was also in the court order, she seems she does not have to go by the court order what can I do to make this girl pay for her misdoing's.

Also I need to say that I'am married for the last 19 years she has called me,cost me jobs,where she calles my work,she doesn't let me have him for the summer like am ordered by the court.what can I do.

Document these misdoing's. Get witnesses to her bad conduct. File a motion to enforce and for contempt. You might just wind up with custody.
