Grandparent rights in legal doc

my son and baby's mother not married and had a son. my son went to iraq and in the court orders our laywer put that I (grandmother) could execise all and any of my son's rights.

So i have been like the other parent. my son has been back for 1 1/2 years and now has stop paying childs support and has not seen his son for over 6 months. I have had the child every weekend since. what can I do? How long before the courts will term his righs? will the court allow me to assume his rights total since the court order states that/

you may be able to assert your own rights to visitation. It's iffy. You need to consult with a lawyer soon.
