Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Grandparent Rights and Visitation

How do I establish grandparent rights and visitation for my grandchild? Parents are not married, living in seperate households but son has signed AOP and child carries his last name. Has not started child support proceedings as of yet. Does that affect my rights or visitation?
