Grandparent Rights and Visitation
How do I establish grandparent rights and visitation for my grandchild? Parents are not married, living in seperate households but son has signed AOP and child carries his last name. Has not started child support proceedings as of yet. Does that affect my rights or visitation?

Re: Grandparent Rights and Visitation
Grandparent rights and visitation are limited and derived through your son. You could file a Suit Affecting Parent Child Relationship and start the ball rolling there. You would be adverse to your son - at least to start with.
