Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Granparents rights ....Custody

What forms are there that might help Us obtain custody even if only temporary of Our Two Grandchildren ages 4 and 3 there Mom is mixed up with drugs and is unfortunately living with a drug user/seller, I found out that there has been a *fondling incident that occured to Our Lil' Taylor the 4 year old, by a male that showed up drunk at the residency in which Our daughter is residing and keeps the kids at when they are not with us, this is not the type of environment I want My Grandchildren raised in but in Texas Grandparents have no rights. Are there any Forms that I may can find that would allow Us to File for Emergency Temporary Custody as quickly as possible of the two Little Ones until their Mother gets her act together....it's Killing Me to know she can show up and take the children back to that place around that type of environment whenever she wants and there is nothing We can do to stop it....

~~S~~O~~S~~ If You know of ANY Information/Names/Numbers that would be helpful to Us Please Please Please Pass it along

If you care for the safety of your grandchildren, this is way to complex for you to try to handle with a form book. For the children's sake, please get a lawyer. You can get what you want, but not if you don't know how to do it.

If there has been a "fondling incident" and the girl is physical or emotional danger you need to notify local autorities today. You have a legal obligation to do so or you may wind up excluding yourself from consideration for caretaker and could be charged with a crime. Call your local police or call Texas Department of Families and Protective Servies (CPS) toll free 8002525400
