Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

house

I've been divorced 9yrs and 10 months The house me and my ex had together is still under both out names.He now wants me to sign it over to him. I have not brought anything up about the house he takes care of the house payment.He does not live there he rents it out. Is it still mine or can he take me off of the ownership.
