My Ex husband had a child with his extra martial affair that I know for sure is his. Can I file for being cheated on and him having a child outside of our marriage?

You have grounds for divorce (adultery), although in many cases, the grounds (even no grounds) do not affect the outcome of the case. It is possible to request a disporportionate share of the assets by showing his fault in the breakup, but there is no guarantee of a split beyond 50-50.
