Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex husband and I were divoced and I signed a waiver stating he could have over night guests. Does this mean his girl friend can move in with him.? I don't want my children learning that this is ok.

We need more information.

What does the DIVORCE DECREE say about overnight guests? Anything at all?

If it does, nobody can sign a "waiver" that trumps what's in a decree.

If there's nothing in the decree itself about overnight guests, then the ex-husband can live with anybody he wants to, as long as it doesn't endanger the children.
