Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Husband Filed No Fault - but he cheated

Married 25 years. many assetts. Husband filed no fault, but he has had affairs and is still with one woman. My lawyer is not very clear. Does this matter and do we need to refile or counter. What proof do I need and how do I get more in the divorce.

You should consult your attorney. If you are uncomfortable with your attorney, get another one.

If your lawyer is not clear, fire him/her and find another lawyer. I cannot speak to when you have a lawyer.
