Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My Husband is filing for a divorce and I do not know what to do.

1. What steps do I need to take---no children, only married 2 months.

2. What am I eligible for since I do not have a job.....alimony etc?

3. My closes support system is in Georgia. As part of any settlement can I ask for relocation assistance?

4. I just need information and resources.

You might qualify for temporary alimony in Texas but you really need to talk to an attorney about your situation.

You would need temporary orders in order to ask for temporary spousal support. The Judge would decide if you qualify for temporary spousal support.
