Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex husband lives 500 miles away and is threatening to have divorce agreement changed to have me bring children halfway to him for his visits. Can he do that?

He can ask for a modification of the terms and conditions of access to the children. A judge can say yes or he can say no.

The question is: Why would a judge grant this request?
