Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband is trying to notify his ex that he is going to pick up his kid in a couple of weeks and we have a signed order from the judge saying he can. But his ex will not answer his calls or emails, and never answers the phone. she even said "over her dead body" after the judge gave visiting rights to my husband.If we have no way of notifying her will that get us in trouble or her because she will not comply?
