Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My ex husband had primary residence of our daughter and I had it of our son at the time of our divorce. Two years ago he gave her to me but is not paying child support. Do I have grounds to get primary residence and child support? The original court orders have not been modified.

Yes. File a motion for modification alleging a change in circumstances.
