My husband will not sign divorce. What can i do? I filed in Feb 2013. He is in prison the last 13 yrs

I assume that you do not have an attorney representing you. Hire one. The attorney can help you get it finalized. If your husband is properly served and he does not answer, then it can be a default divorce.

Even if he answers the divorce, then it needs to be set for trial. At trial, if he does not show, you have a trial and it is over. If he shows, there is a trial and it is over.

See..you can get a divorce.

I cannot tell if he's still in prison. If so, it's easy to serve him. You serve the prison's front door. You just need to do it properly.

Hire an attorney and get your divorce finalized.
