Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I have joint custody of my children with my ex and he gets arrested for a felony charge of Indecency with a child by contact and cannot see his own children without supervision does this mean I have the right to move out of state with my children? The individual bringing these charges lives in the same time and her children go to the same school which causes a great deal of concern for me-what action should I take to remove my childen to another state when I have family for support?

Read your court order. Does it prohibit you from taking the children out of state? IF it does, you have to go to court and get the restriction removed.
