Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have joint custody of my children, my ex is the primary. I am paying $100.00 too much in CP and have been paying vision and dental ins( $58.00 per month). since the divorce though its not required.can i get my payments adjusted down and can i get the right to claim one child on taxes each year? I have extended standard visitation and am very involved with my kids. We both reside in Texas.

Yes! You may be eligible to have your child support payments adjusted.
