Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a judge signed mediation agreement granting me a portion of my exhusband's 401 K along with a divorce. I have the QDRO ready and approved but need his attorney's signature to sign. I have been waiting and waiting will many requests for them to sign it. What step can I take next to get them to sign it?

Mail the QDRO to the attorney, with a cover letter, and send copies of both the letter and the QDRO to the court (and show at the bottom of the letter "Copy: 355th District Court, Judge Owens"). Maybe that will get your lawyer off his ass.
