Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i was in a jury trial back in july of 2009 and 1 person that was on the jury panel i knew somewhat personally from work was to be on the panel of jurors and another lady that my husband knew was also on the to be panel we told our attorney "i dont think they should be here cause they could go back to our jobs ans say things about us or just because they know is is that being bias and for them being chosen for the panel of jurors could that not be rules out as a mistrial i really need to know this because i dont think we were treated fairly in this case we were in.

I don't understand what you are saying and there really isn't a question here, but especially in the smaller counties, it is not unusual to know or be acquainted with someone in the jury pool. That is why one of the questions asked is whether anyone in the jury pool knows anyone involved in the trial. If anyone in the jury pool knows someone involved with the trial that is normally enough to prevent them from being on the actual jury. If these people were not selected for the actual jury, I'm not sure what your complaint is or why you are talking about a mistrial.
