Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Kids refusing to go to dads for the weekend, I'm not stopping them but kids still refuse. If he calls law will the police still make kids go over to there dads house. Kids age 9,8,4

If the police decide to help him pick up the children (sometimes they refuse to do so), yes, the children have to go with him.

Parents are required to control their children. You don't let them decide what time to get up, or what they will eat, or whether or not they do their homework. And you don't let them decide whether or not they will go with their father on weekends.
