Can I get my kids?
My x-husband has joint domicilary custody of my kids, and with the hurricane that has just hit SE LA, he stayed behind to protect his house. I told them to bring my kids to Texas to me and they didn't. My kids are in a camp ground with his wife. Can I go get my kids, since she is not their mother, and bring them home to me?
