What are the ramifications if an individual remarries without legalling divorcing from the previous battle relative to a current divorce proceeding and custody battle in process?

Re-marrying without a divorce from all prior spouses is bigamy - a felony offense. This can be cured immediately 30 days after the divorce decree is signed.

bigamy is a crime, however who knows you where
married but you and your new wife?
