Legal name
Okay my daughter was born 11/20/1998 on 2/1999 The courts order my ex to change my daughter last name to My last name. I just found out. that my ex has been using the old birth Cert. and SSC for all my daughters legal stuff ( IE School, Bank account, filing her taxes. etc) is there any major or even minor law she is breaking? and other then the courts who should I notice about the '' illigal'' name use?
