Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Legal Forms needed

I am the non-custodial parent, and I am looking for the required forms to request modification of child support. I was laid off from my job and need to adjust the payment.

Re: Legal Forms needed

You can go to any law library and look to see if they have the Texas Family Law practice manual along with a copy of the current Texas Family Code. That will provide you the basic information needed to file for a modification.

Good luck!

If you live in the Houston (Harris Co.) area, I offer a payment plan with a deposit down of $500.
