I think it's been too long now for any of the post-judgment remedies to apply, even in a case where you weren't personally served and didn't have the opportunity to appear at trial. Depending on exactly what your wages are being garnished for, though, you may be able to go to court again to try to have that aspect of things modified, if that would be appropriate in this particular case.
